Why there is no spec table on this page
These four machines have thin published spec data and a large volume of contradictory figures circulating on forums, across several production runs each. Publishing a confident-looking table built from that would be the fastest way to get you the wrong part. What actually decides fitment is four measurements — and on machines this heavily modified second-hand, measuring is the only reliable route anyway.

How to order for these machines
Published fitment data for Baja and Massimo machines is thin, and a lot of what circulates on forums contradicts itself. The reliable route is to measure three things and order against those:
- Crankshaft bore — 3/4" or 1", taken with a caliper off the engine output shaft.
- Chain pitch — 0.375" pin-to-pin is #35, 0.500" is #41 or #420. See chain identification.
- Frame tube diameter where a tank band would sit — this is what decides between the 75 mm and 100 mm tank.

- Trusting forum spec numbers. These machines have several production runs and the figures circulating for them frequently contradict each other.
- Assuming Baja Warrior and Baja Heat share parts. They are different chassis with different dimensions.
- Ordering a tank without measuring the frame tube. The band size — 75 mm or 100 mm — is what decides fit, not the model.

FAQ
What size chain does a Baja Warrior use?
Measure it rather than relying on a model figure — 0.375" pin-to-pin is #35 and 0.500" is #41 or #420. These machines are commonly re-chained and re-sprocketed by previous owners.
Will a mini bike gas tank fit a Baja Warrior?
Our cylindrical tank lists Baja among its supported frames and mounts with stainless band clamps in 75 mm or 100 mm sizes. What decides fit is the diameter of the frame tube the bands wrap, so measure that before ordering.
Do Baja Warrior and Baja Heat parts interchange?
Not reliably. They are different chassis, and parts that appear similar often differ in mounting dimensions. Match by measurement.
Can I fit a torque converter to a Massimo MB200?
It depends on the crankshaft bore of the engine installed — 3/4" or 1" — and on whether the frame has clearance for a converter, which is wider than a bare clutch. Measure both before ordering.
