Shipping policy

Where can ParkerPro orders be shipped?

ParkerPro currently ships to:  

  • Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI): We can ship to AK and HI for an additional shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and dimensions.
  • California (CA) Restrictions: Gas-related items may have restrictions that prevent shipment to California (CA) due to state regulations. Please check product pages for specific details.

NOTE: 

  • We do not ship to US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands), APO/FPO (AA, AE, and AP), and overseas.
  • P.O. Boxes: Due to size constraints, some larger or heavier parts may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes. For guaranteed delivery, please provide a physical street address. Most smaller parts, however, can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Specific shipping restrictions for individual products are also listed on the respective product page.

Shipping Carriers and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery of your parts and accessories.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for orders within the contiguous U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
